Chapter 7 Bankruptcy I was referred to Mr. Hiepe by a friend. Personally, I was very overwhelmed in thinking about talking with a lawyer about bankruptcy however, I was at the end of rope and did not know what to do. After meeting with Randall, he really gave me hope that I could get through this and could come out the other side with a new beginning. Randall will work through the process with you and it is time consuming and you have to do the work but once you are on the other side you can feel like you can have a life again. Bankruptcy Case Randy & Sharon are Angels from Heaven. My Husband had passed away, then life happened. I couldn't make ends meet. We've always payed our bills. Then I started being sued. With everything that comes from a spouse passing, I didn't know which end was up. I talked to a lot of Lawyers about filing bank ruptcy. With trying to ask questions for the best solution for my situation, they seemed to be uncaring, and wanted me to make a quick decision to hire them. Bankruptcy to me has always been a bad word. The last Lawyer that I had talk to (in a two week period), I hung up the phone, looked to God, and said, Dear God, I don't know what to do, you'll have to sent me the right person. The next day, a mailer came in the mail from Randy's office. I checked his Credentials, and made the call. What a relief!! He had me come into the office to talk. I was so STRESSED. My wife and I found ourselves in overwhelming debt about 11 years ago. We tried all the tricks of refinancing our mortgage to pay down debt and transferring balances. When we met Randy, he made us feel at ease and took the time to explain everything to us. The filing took a while but I'm thankful it did, you see, Randy Hiepe makes sure everything is done perfectly before filing the claim. Fast forward ten years and I found myself in financial troubles again due to closing my business. While all my debts were business debts, I unfortunately was personally liable on most of them. I really didn't want to file bankruptcy again but when I saw no other choice I immediately went to see Randy. Valley of the Shadow of Debt Randall was/is a God send to our family. We've always lived within our means. About a decade ago, having listened to Dave Ramsey's radio show, we were fortunate enough to cut our cost of living even further, pay-off all loans (student, car, etc.), set aside half a year's salary in savings, and make some investments. Then the perfect storm hit. While the economy was crashing I became incredibly sick. I was ultimately diagnosed with three chronic diseases after medical testing, surgery, and treatments of extortionate costs. We also discovered our son had disabilities requiring costly testing, surgery, and treatment. All this left us with nothing and less. Fortunately we were referred to Randall. Randall is personable, understanding, and encouraging. I hated having to pursue this means of financial reconciliation, but he was always upbeat. While I dreaded the process, I enjoyed meeting with Randall. He also relieved my shame helping me understand while it's unfortunate some people have misused this institution (hence the harsh criticisms of our society at large), wiser individuals know sometimes life can be as indiscriminately cruel as it can be rewarding. A Lawyer who cares! We came to Randy at the most stressful point in our lives, his kind demeanor and caring nature made the ominous experience of bankruptcy easier to understand. He was always available and his candor was refreshing. Changed our lives forever! Mr. Randall C. Hiepe was recommended by a friend after her own predicament. We had already consulted with another attorney who didn't care about anything but his own pockets. Our situation. Caught up in the mortgage/bank scams. Interest rates rose, as property values declined and our monthly payment practically tripled. Talked to the bank. Said they couldn't help us unless we were 6 months in arrears. Did that. Got a modification. Lowered the payment slightly, now with penalties included, AND balloon payments that they just decided to tack on. Bankrupcy I contacted Mr. Hiepe when I found myself in a situation I had no idea how to negotiate. He plainly laid out the options available to me in a way I could actually comprehend. This went a long way alleviating my stress and absolute dread. Several unexpected situations arose but at every turn he as pat ient and understanding. I was referred to Mr. Hiepe by a friend. Personally, I was very overwhelmed in thinking about talking with a lawyer about bankruptcy however, I was at the end of rope and did not know what to do. After meeting with Randall, he really gave me hope that I could get through this and could come out the other side with a new beginning. Randall will work through the process with you and it is time consuming and you have to do the work but once you are on the other side you can feel like you can have a life again.
